Our Procedures
No insurance, no problem. G-Ark Family Dental Membership Plan is a subsidized
dental care plan for those without insurance, but yet want quality dental treatment
without breaking the bank.
Everyone is eligible, that is you and your family including children under the age of
18 years (dependents)
Oral
Two oral exams yearly
Prophylaxis
Two prophylaxis cleanings a year (if there is no periodontal disease)
Topical Fluoride
Two topical Fluoride Treatments yearly
X-rays
All X-rays that are necessary yearly
Bonus
Bonus! 20% discount OFF office fees
Membership
Adults- $365 yearly
Dependents of each adult member (under 18 years of age) -$265 yearly
